Weird health bar animation bug

When I turn on health bar animations, only as aatrox that I've found so far, will continue to test, but the health bar is blacked out. the resource bar was akin to the health bar until i died and my passive procced. I know there's a new HUD coming and all, but this may be an issue with the new one too.
