@Riot,Riot girl tristana

Hey riot ,ive been trying to get tristana and the riot skin for quite a while now.Whenever i try it takes me to the page and says " riot girl tristana is currently unavailable".Im not sure if maybe its just me or alot of other people .After i saw rekless in the lcs yesterday i thought i just had to pick up trist XD. Any help will be appreciaited
