[GAMEPLAY] Cursor won't load

I've now taken 2 AFKs and my teammates had to remake even though I connected to the match. Despite the fact I'm in the game, everything seems to be running fine, I cannot do anything because the cursor doesn't load, I can't ext, and no key-binds work whatsoever. I've seen this affect several others and running as administrator doesn't fix this. It seems to be entirely random, except for now it has affected two games in a row, I relaunched, etc. yet in those two games it just didn't matter. Old forum threads regarding it don't seem to be up to date and are a few years old and no recent threads seem to discuss this.
