League Game Crash

Is anybody else experiencing an issue where as the game starts, the loading screen is just black and they receive a box saying that they cannot connect? My internet is working fine but ever since this latest patch every single game this has happened and if i close the loading screen i'm taken back to the main client and can skip waiting for stats and can queue up again but won't actually queue up because technically i'm still in a game allready.
