Ranked Summons bug

So i was in a ranked lobby, and i had a connection error which seemed pointless because i was talking to my team, nothing actually happened at all. But i noticed at 30 seconds left that it was showing i have exhaust, i changed my summons 5 times to teleport and ignite etc, but i remained showing i had exhaust so i figured it must just be a visual bug. So i took heal and the game started but sure enough i had exhaust in the actual match, needless to say i was pretty pissed at this and still am because i just lost that match because of it. Has anyone else had some bullshit like this happen to them?

I have had something simular i get stuck in que on a champ unable to change spells and runes and mastries but still able to communicate with my team, then half the time i end up getting kicked because when i try and lock in my ban champ it wont allow me to press lock in i mean i can press it but it doesnt do anything hell i even spammed it and nothing,
