Ranked Champ Select bug

So i made a previous thread about this, but yet again in a ranked lobby, it gets stuck on the enemys selection and counts down to 0, everything is frozen but the chat, my team has left and i'm pretty sure everyone else has aswell, this is the 4th time this has happened and i'm starting to get sick of it because it classifies me and dodging and i get a time ban and lose LP, i've been stuck in this lobby for 10 minutes now trying to see if it will actually unfreeze and as usual it hasn't. I really hope you guys can fix this bug because i'm sick of this happening and i have no idea if it's happening to others.

It's happening to a lot of people man. It's a shitty thing but riot will just wait... disable dynamic again... then release once more only for it to be botched in another fashion.

In my personal experience, this is actually more likely a connection issue. I've had the same issue when my connection drops due to wifi issues, however it never happens when my connection is working correctly.

ive had this happen to me numerous times, seems to me on my end it was latency and internet connection problems Heimerdinger
