Skin Boost Bug?

so, whenever I or someone buys a team skin boost in ARAM, i don't seem to be able to choose which skin I want to use.

i scroll to the one i want, press select, and it seems to just randomly select some skin (typically the first one to the right of the classic). It is especially aggravating because it never selects the skin i want to use.

is someone aware of this..? or am i doing something wrong ??

if were spending actual money on this boost, it ought to at least function properly and let you pick the skin you want...
