[GAMEPLAY] Bard Shrines visual bug

Whenever a (I believe only friendly) champ runs over one of Bards shrines for the heal, a visual imbalance of the map occurs. It appears as if the ground spikes up. I don't have an image of it right now but can get one later tonight.
