Aatrox passive and wings not showing

When I press ctrl 5 aatrox’s wings don’t show up and whenever his passive is ready it is blank

The crtl 5 is a little easter egg for the players. This is a toggle button and it just changes the characters model which in this case is the wings. This is the same for Heimerdinger , when you press crtl 5 it makes it so you can toggle the walk. Many other champions have this, and I believe it is intended.
