Blitzcrank Grab Mid way through Yi's Alpha Strike

Is this a bug as it happened to me twice last game. I've also been hit/stunned/hooked a number of times by other champions mid way through Alpha Strike. Is this no longer an untargetable ability? Or is it a clear indicator of third party program use?
