[CRASH] Games Freezes As Soon As It Loads Into The Map.

I've started having this crash recently. NEVER has happened to me before so idk what's the problem, after the last few patches I think is when it started.

I just get in a que, pick champ, and it goes to loading screen, then as soon as we're in game, after about maybe 10-30 seconds, my whole laptop freezes. Only the cursor is moving. No sound either. I can't Alt+Tab, or switch window's or end task through Task Manager since even when it opens, my screen is frozen on the game. I've tried Hextech Repair tool, thing says everything is fine. Tried "repair" in the clients options, didn't do anything. I'm at a loss for words and patience.
