Mouse Sensitivity

Sooo this has been happening for multiple patches now...and i have changed mouses (completely different manufacturers) but every single time i start loading up a game, my WINDOWS mouse settings (the ones default on any windows pc) constantly gets reset to default setting (right in the middle) and since i play on high sensitivity (about 4/5 ths to the max) it gets extremely annoying for me having to alt-tab after loading [as alt-tabbing during loading sometimes bug-splats me] do i cannot participate in many early game invades.

Note this has been happening for multiple patches and is happening for multiple different mouse, from different manufacturers
