From my knowledge they removed her being able to Q towers. Yet in ARAM it still is able to happen.
Edit: If anybody can prove me other wise that riot changed her Q to hit towers again please show proof. I have only seen nerfs for it in patch notes. With one slight rebuff of making her Q require 4 stacks instead of 5.

SignError1 votesI played a game as Ashe in Summoner's Rift yesterday, and I was able to activate my Q (Ranger's Focus) and use it on towers if I already had 4 stacks of Focus from attacking minions or champions. However, if I did not already have these stacks, attacking the tower does not provide stacks, and therefore you won't be able to activate your Q.
I'm not sure if that's the intended functionality or if it's a bug. Just giving a second witness that Ashe can activate Ranger's Focus on towers.

KłedGod1 votesI would rather her be buffed slightly; but when it comes to her shredding my towers because of Q when she's not supposed to any more its kind of annoying. I would prefer if they just change her Q to be able to activate on any amount of stacks to hit champs or farm. While still not being able to work on towers. That way she can have way better trades in fights.

KłedGod1 votesThanks very much for the link. I stopped trying to use ashe really just off patch notes. I'm not gonna lie making changes and not putting them in patch notes is kind of annoying. I can't tell if champs get slight buffs or nerfs based off of this.
