So, after reading the tool tip and watching the Champion Spotlight, I was under the impression that you are supposed to be able to reactivate your Q at any time. In game, there is a delay which doesn't allow you to help escape melee as by the time you are able to reactivate it, it's out of range to hit any melee that would be on you. Is this intended, if so, it should probably be explicitly said since other spells like this (Anivia's Q) allow you to instantly detonate it.
Papa Palpatíne2 votesIt is intended, I forget which post I saw it on but Riot claims that it is working as it is suppose to. It is suppose to be one of his big weak points for counter play.

"After a delay, he can reactivate the ability to detonate it early" like it says in other spells that work like that. It doesn't say that, so, it should work like Anivia's, who's tooltip also doesn't say that.

should but doesn't. Thats a repeating theme in riots logic sometimes. The community often finds hidden things like this all the time. They aren't mentioned by Riot cause they feel its too small or unimportant to mention.
