Is anyone else getting this Laser show bug?

I've had this bug in about 3 of my games this patch. I don't know what it is but out of no where these colored lines shoot from every direction and it basically looks like a laser show at a rave. I have had this happen to me twice on aram and once on summoners rift. I would give you a picture but sadly my screenshot didn't work and I didn't have fraps open. Someone tell me this is also happening to them to. I know it isn't my graphics because I have been playing league for almost a year with nothing like this and suddenly this patch happens and I am getting it.
