His W devour can be broken by Gangplank's Remove Scurvy, according to the LoL wiki, it is a Stasis effect and specifically states that Remove Scurvy cannot be used while devoured. This is a big deal because it robs Tahm Kench of huge damage potential and fight control.

Also logic fail: "eats orange and k? what the heck, you eat oranges and teleport out of his stomach? Its not like getting silenced or bopped on the head, YOU ARE IN HIS STOMACH!
