Skirmishers true damage bug still not fixed?

Yo Riot, I figured that a stupid bug like Skirmishers smite still killing Tryn through his ultimate would be fixed by now. It's been weeks and no move has been done to fix it.

Freaking get on it already!! There is no excuse.
