[GAMEPLAY] Shen's Spirit Blade BLOCKS himself

I just played Shen on this patch for the 1st time, and I've noticed that his passive's Spirit Blade has the capability to minion-block you.

1. Start a game as Shen.
2. Level up Q (if necessary).
3. Try walking through his Spirit Blade.
4. Notice the minion-blocking sensation he has when interacting with his Spirit Blade.

I'm very sure this never happened in the previous patch, and because of this bug, it gave me a ton of lane difficulties when having to walk through while being blocked by minions and my OWN Spirit Blade.
