Summon Aery and Jhin bug

It might apply to other champs too like Zoe, I don't know. But it definitely applies to Jhin. Here's a video of it. It's super terrifying.

It's a zero warning long range attack, in the case of this video, in the first minute...just his W being the offending ability.

It is supposed to give warning to the opponents so they have time to get out of the way. And this new skin has another problem because the snare width is larger than it is shown to be unless that's just more of that other bug like the Blitzcrank hooking.
