Lobby Bug

Every 3 games for me, everything in the lobby freezes except for my chat box and it gives me an unknown error. This annoying bug has cost me my last 4 series games (and Riot, of course, doesn't like to fix things) and its getting incredibly annoying. I have sent in numerous reports about this over the last 3 months and it is still there.
