[GAMEPLAY] Team Builder Skin Mishaps

The bug is pretty simple: in Team Builder with the new ability of defaulting to the last champion you chose, it doesn't default to the same skin you used previously. Surely that's a pretty simple thing to add, yeah? :/ I mean, it defaults in every other mode to previously used skin.
