[CLIENT] Login Screen cropping incorrectly

I've had this problem for a while now, and I'm not sure whether or not Riot knows that this problem is happening. I've tried repairing my client with no luck

I think they are aware they just haven't done anything in a long while about it. But yeah its not us its them kind of deal.
