The Unchained Alistar Promotion Is Broke, Has Been For A While

As the title says it doesn't work. Links to the promo page give you a 404 page instead. Did the promotion end? Last I knew it was still available but it hasn't worked for months or more now. Riot Girl Tristana and Dreadknight Garen both still work fine.
