BUG - Malzahar Passive Indicator

Upon casting 4 spells, Malzahar has a glow under his feet that telegraphs his passive proc. Atm, this glow is bugged. Just finished a ranked game with him and the glow was present all game for the most part, which was very irritating on the eyes and had me second guessing the passive itself. I don't have any recording software, but it's one of two possibilities.

A) Once the glow appears in a game, it doesn't go away for the rest of the game.

B) If the glow is present upon death, it doesn't go away for the rest of the game.

As a side note, even though the glow was incorrectly present when Malz's passive was not ready to proc, the glow doubled in intensity when it was ready to proc, indicating that on some level of coding, his passive glow is still working. It seems that the mechanism to turn off the glow is bugged.
