possible bug

Twice playing against two different players playing Tryndamere I have witnessed him use his ult twice in under 30 seconds. Given that at max level his ult is on a 90 second timer and given somehow they pushed past the 40% CDR to a 50% CDR cap, that would leave a 45 second timer.

The second time I played I knew its was not just me seeing things as I got killed by his ult. I had a 30 second death timer. I spawned and he was in our base, I run out as Lucian and ult him, and he ulted again to kill me. 30 seconds, that would be a CDR of 66%. Could someone check that.
