For a while now the game has been calculating differences and scanning files, it's been up to 2000 and still wont start downloading.

You are not the only one. Hopefully this problem will be fixed shortly but know you are not alone and it seems to be affecting many people.

This is a known bug and was addressed by a Red since the latest patch. They are working on a hotfix.
