Champion's abilities' description stopped showing itself at Champion tab in Lol Client

Usually when I wanted to check out a certain champion's abilities in terms of skill description & mana costs, I usually go the the Champion's tab (the one in your client between the Match History & Runes button) and select a champion, for example . But when I scroll my mouse to one of the abilities at the "Overview" tab, the description never appeared.

This has started back a few patches ago, where for some reason the abilities' description has stopped showing itself. I thought Riot would have caught this and give a quick fix, but it's been delayed for a long time now.

Can someone at Riot HQ get a quick fix on this? I'm getting pretty tired of having to constantly google Lol Wiki just to know the abilities' descriptions.

And btw, I prefer if the description would also include Cooldowns & AD/AP scalings in it too. It would be really convenient.
