Character selection

During character selection I am running into a continuous issue that usually resolves favorably, but has a few times not resolved at all. When I click the button to ban, or the button to lock in, there are times when I will click the button to to ban or lock in, it will depress, then it will come back again, prompting me to click it as the timer runs down. There have been two instances where I have spammed the button in an effort to lock in and it will not lock until the final count has finished, or it will not lock at all. This has twice resulted in me being kicked from champion select and put on a 6 minute punishment break.
