[GAMEPLAY] Sion- Multiple Bugs I found on him

There are 3 bugs I have found in the new Sion. Firstly, his Q mostly reactivates itself earlier after the first:

1. Click Q.
2. Waiting for the full cast to finish.
3. Sion automatically reactivates the Q himself before the 1 or 2 second mark.

Second, Sion doesn't makes any sound when he jokes, taunts & laughs:

1. Clicking Ctrl+1.
2. No sound at all even after spamming ctrl+1.
3. Clicking Ctrl+2
4. Same result.
5. Clicking Ctrl+4.
6. Also same results.

Third, when Sion uses E on a monster, it becomes briefly invulnerable, making my smite deal 0 damage:

1. Activates E on monster.
2. Immediately uses smite.
3. Monsters became invulnerable.
