Jarvan Ult bug

If any of you have seen this please comment. I have played a number of games where i have seen jarvan ult an enemy and then the enemy just casually walks right through it. I was playing a game where the ally jarvan ulted vayne. NO she did not roll out or flash. She simply walked out. When i was asking how they said it might of been because soraka put her silence on me after i had already ulted allowing vayne to just walk out. So i let it go until it happened again when i was jarvan and i ulted a riven. Again she didnt jump over. when i did it she dashed away and got towards the wall part. so obviously i was just like ok you die now.. until she just simply walked through it leaving me inside by myself. And no they didnt have anyone with a silence. The most they had was an elise But i dont think she cocooned me but that wouldnt matter anyways. I didnt record those games but from now on when i play jarvan i will so next time it happens i will be able to show yall what i mean. This happen to anyone else?
