Profanity Filter Bug

So I am trying to turn OFF my profanity filter in-game, but it still censors everything. I've tried turning it back on, playing a game, then turning it off again. I've tried swapping back to the legacy client and then back to the new one, but the filter just censors everything no matter what setting I have it on. It's not a game breaking issue, just very annoying. Anyone got a fix?
