[Gameplay] Announcer repeating "one minute until minions spawn" - Teemo & GP bug

So the announcer in my game just said "one minute until minions spawn" 4-5 times after they've spawned. When looking it up, it seems to happen only when both teemo and gangplank are on the same team.
