[Gameplay] Pressing A for auto attack doesn't auto attack rift scuttler, even after you attack it

When you press A and click it doesn't appear to attack the rift scuttler even after you attack it manually. For all other jungle camps it auto attacks with a after you attack them manually.

I am going to assume the code says that auto attack only words toward aggressive minions/monsters which is why this bug is caused.
