[GAMEPLAY] Unfortunate interaction between Lissandra and Rod of Ages

Many things in the game use the mechanic of refunding many after cast, such as tear items and now manaflow band and presence of mind. This prevents anti synergy with things that are based on spent mana, like Rod of Ages' passive. Lissandra's passive doesn't refund mana, just makes the ability not cost any, meaning that whenever she uses a passive empowered ability she won't gain any health back from Rod of Ages. Rod of Ages is a fairly common item on her, and this has a noticable impact in sustaining health. Changing her passive to refund the mana cost should be fairly simple, and would fix this annoying anti synergy.
