Its hard to crit when u dont have any crit chance :/

No Dude look at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W8HGWQCTJ2M At 8:39 You can see that the Barrel crits even with Zero Critical Chance but they changed that at 6.17 for a weird reason. Same thing with Garen if U built him Crit His E was dealing Citical Damage but now Physical PLz Riot Fix
