not refunding reroll in ARAM when game is dodged

Are you dodging or is somebody in your party dodging? If so, then I believe it is working as intended.
someone in my party dodged when this happened, last time it was a premade and it was someone in my group that dodged (cause they had to go) so maybe thats why?
if you're dodging. re-rolls dont get refunded.
