[Client] Cannot open NA Client, PBE Client opens instead

When I double click the League of Legends shortcut on my desktop, the patcher that opens up is the PBE patcher, not my usual NA one.

I have a PBE account but I want to play on the NA server because that's where most of my friends are. Since this morning I cannot open the regular patcher. It could be a problem with Windows 10 or with League but I have quadruple checked the shortcut destination. I even navigated to the correct folder and tried running from there, the Patcher that opens up is still that of the PBE.

Has anyone else had this issue? And how do I solve it?
