*URGENT* Cannot create club OR join CLUB CHAT!

Is there a fix for this? My friend's account isn't able to create a club. When you click create club nothing happens. When invited to a club, they appear to join but their name comes up as **Summoner_Name and they aren't able to join the chat, it just says Joining...

Is there a fix for this?

This needs to be fixed asap otherwise leveling it to 30 was a complete waste of time and $$$.

After emailing riot about this, they said they are aware of the problem but had no ETA for a fix. Later that day I was randomly spamming create club while I was in queue and it worked. I have no idea if it was just a coincidence or if Riot looked into the account without mentioning it.

Same problem here. Other players say it looks like i left the club roster but i'm still in it, just can't join the club chat or create/join any other clubs.
