's ult is not reduced by active

I mean yes its true damage but I was ulting for 2000-2200 last game with only the 40% hp increase. didn't see what I ulted for with the 100%

is this intended or what

Edit: cho needs a buff and all but this is kinda broken..

my damage was 650 (base) plus 550 (hp) plus 85 (ap) late game before the active..

Exactly why it does not get reduced. You can't reduce the damage of true damage in anyway. Even with item 3193 . Which is why this item is a must on Cho no matter what now.
