Randomly Dced and wont reconnect

So I decide to play adc for once no big deal. My ping is remarkably low at 66

About 5 minutes into the game at level 4 I DC right after i get a kill and thats it. Attempting to reconnect and it would not change After a few minutes of waiting to reconnect i just closed league

How do I fix this or avoid it next time? a few applications were running but nothing that would F me up before...
