[Gameplay] Unable to control Kindred ghost?

So, I was playing an ARAM as Mordekaiser and Kindred ulted while my ult was on her. After she died, her ghost stood there and I wasn't able to control it at all (she also reapplied her mark onto someone when she turned into a ghost, so maybe that's it?)
