[After Patch] Ppl experience High Pings and disconnects

so ever since the Patch rolled out, alot of People, infact almost everyone i talked to had a insane high Ping and/or was getting dc'ed. Last Match it just happend to dc me again and then gave me a 10342ms Ping, while i was able to download a Video at 10mb/sec with a Ping of 33.

Whenever there is a Player now that has a really really toasty Connection it gets redirected to the other Players (increasing their Pings). Played with 3 others and their Pings went up by 20-30ms mostly from 50/60ms to 85ms and mine went to 105ms, its like ridiculous that Riot still thinks League of Legends will last quite some time. Its Dead and they made it that way, just look at the new Project Minions .. sure another set of Minions BUT WHAT IS WITH THE TOWERS ? I WOULD FCKING PAY TO GET THE ARCADE MAP WITH NEW TOWERS

Riot Logic: Player watches a Music Video on Youtube(Discord, Teamspeak etc) while Playing league, but the Client cant connect to the RIot Servers =Result= Player has no working Internet Connection and gets dc'ed
