Its been years now, Riot! Why isn't Zac's E bug fixed?

I'm sure everybody knows it, the one where he makes his jump and it lacks it's animation so it just looks like Zac running really quickly towards you? I have even seen times where Zac is completely invisible when he jumps. Both of these bugs can actually impact the game too, its not just some silly visual bug.
