No Emotes in Game

Okay, so this has been happening a lot the last week and it's now starting to get very annoying.

Basically, sometimes when in games, for some reason I wont have emotes. I'm also not the only one. Two other people that I play with also have been having it happen to them.

Some games we have them, other games we don't. But most often we don't have them.
