Random Bugsplats

I have no idea what could be causing it. I've tried repairing league, adjusting my video card settings, updating drivers, updating direct X, and even turning off every single extension program (Curse, LSI, etc.), to no avail.

Everything seems fine, then boom, the screen freezes, sometimes flashes white, then I bug splat. It seems completely random, sometimes it happens once a game, sometimes it happens 5 times in a game.
