Garen bug Statikk Shiv

So basically when Garen has statikk shiv and he Q's, the shiv proc goes off as soon as the animation for his Q starts, meaning you deal damage as you are jumping in the air. Also, doing this does not allow the statikk shiv proc to crit. I tested it out in practice mode, and I got 100% crit. All of my regular autos with shiv would cause the magic damage to proc, but using Garen's Q to proc it would never result in a crit. I am proud to be a garen main, so I'd like this bug to be fixed asap! hehexd
