[GAMEPLAY] Quinn Vault + QSS + Malzahar Ultimate Bug

I noticed a strange interaction between Quinn's vault and Malzahar's ultimate. When Malzahar's ultimate is being channeled on Quinn, she can not use her vault to interrupt him, even when she uses a QSS. Reproduction rate 3/3. Video attached.
