Sightstone thing never charged

I was in a 4v5 game and my sightstone blue thing never completed the quest even though I kept hitting enemies with abilities and autos. It stopped at 477 charges. This literally cost me the game and is the second bug I've reported in the last week and is the reason while I'll never spend another dime on league; after spending 1500 on it.

sightstone doesnt exist and riot has been destroying their game while leaving game changing bugs lately
