Shop - Undo Glitch - [Gameplay]

Hey after seeing this happening for over 4-5 months and nothing happening about it i figured i should report it and I'm not sure why none else has already. Whenever you undo buying an item it resets your health to the point at which you bought the item. This is a massive pain when your trying to heal up so fixing this would be appreciated.
