[Gameplay] Poppy E Glitching

I know this has been brought up before but no response was made by RIOT so I'm brining it up again. Occasionally (1/75-100) times when E's a target enemy ex. , will fly to the target hit them and knock them back but she will stop where the target was standing originally. This glitch doesn't happen very often but when it does it entirely messes up any combo your trying to do. I am utilizing as the example here as i have had this glitch happen to me 3 times so far. The first time was just as i started playing the new poppy (I can't remember my lane opponent). And this glitch happened twice in the last game I played both times on the enemy (in lane, once at her level 5, once at her level 7, if that matters, I was around 2 levels above her). Im sorry that i don't have a video to show as i don't use recordign software. If you could figure out the root of this issue that would be very appreciated.
